Commercial Egg roll
You can use same method for your buns too
The only difference there is eggs
This method is easy and simple
follow it step by step and achieve a perfect Eggroll
This recipe has Yeast , the purpose of adding Yeast is to get more volumes/quantities and to make more money from the business
Recipe
flour 6cups
sugar 1/2cup(full)
Yeast 1/2tbsp
butter 100g
salt 1/2tsp
baking powder 1/4tsp
Water 3cups
1 milk flavor
Groundnut oil for frying: 1bottle and a quarter bottle(1.25L)
Procedure
Boil your eggs, allow to cook, then remove from shell and set aside
Pour your Flour into a Bowl
Add butter and mix together
Add your salt and mix, add baking powder, milk flavor and your yeast together, add Sugar and finally add Water(use Chilled water, no chilled water, use anyone you see)
After mixing, allow to rest for 20mins
Place your Oil on fire and allow to heat
Use medium heat to fry so the buns can get done from the inside thoroughly
Then use your hand to scoop some Dough
Flatten it on your palm
Put your egg at the center
Then Wrap the egg with the dough
As you are done wrapping your egg
Place inside the hot oil fry on a low heat, till is golden brown .
