How To Bake Lemon Cupcakes The Easiest Way.

LEMON CUPCAKES 

Flour 240g

Sugar 170g

Eggs 2 large 

Milk 3/4 cups (1/2, 1/4)

Melted margarine 1/3 cup

Vegetable oil 1/3 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Baking powder 2 tsp

Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Lemon zest 2 tsp

Vanilla 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp

 PROCEDURE 

1. Seive together flour, baking powder and baking soda.

2. Add in salt and set aside.

3. In another bowl add sugar, lemon zest… rub together to get out the flavor, add in eggs and whisk thoroughly.

4. Add in oil and mix, add milk, vanilla flavor, melted margarine, flour mixture and combine.

5. Transfer mixture into cupcake papers and bake at 165•c until golden brown.

6. Remove from oven and allow to cool…

Then enjoy.
