How To Prepare And Bake Condensed Milk Bread.

 Condensed milk bread

 Ingredients

- 3 1/4 cups (400 grams) bread flour

- 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast

- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) warm milk (about 110°F or 45°C)

- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) sweetened condensed milk

- 1/4 cup (60 grams) unsalted butter, softened

- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

 Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and instant yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, salt, and granulated sugar.

Add the yeast mixture, sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10-15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Alternatively, you can use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment for this step.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Divide the dough into six equal portions.

Roll each portion into a round ball shape

Place the dough logs into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, seam side down.

Cover the loaf pan with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise again for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it reaches the top of the pan.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
